The after-school jazz ensemble rehearses in the afternoons and evenings as needed in the music room. The exact rehearsal day and time will be determined at the initial meeting held near the beginning of the year.The group is open to all 7th to 12th grade students with instrumental music skills. This is designed as an activity-based ensemble, not a curriculum ensemble such as the concert band. The jazz ensemble will be invited to perform on the High School Concerts when prepared and may be invited to perform for the school and community.
